Caz You and Me camp

July 05, 2019 04:00 PM -July 07, 2019 11:00 AM

Camp Cazadero is located northwest of Santa Rosa in the rolling hills north of the Russian River. It is a spacious camp especially suited for use by large groups, and its rustic accommodations make it ideal for youth. It is set on one thousand acres of open meadows and redwood groves, creating a setting of natural beauty.

The long road leading to the main camp is paved the first 1/2 mile, and graded dirt for the last 1 1/2 miles. The Site Director's house is on your right as you drive into camp. As you continue you will see the "Camp Caz" sign. The Northern California Nevada Conference of the United Church of Christ owns the camp.

You and Me Camp is a chance to introduce your younger family members to the magic of Camp Cazadero. Children entering grades 1 to 3 in the fall of 2019 are invited to attend with a parent, grandparent, other family member, or family friend over the age of 18. Each child may bring up to two adults. Each adult may bring up to three children. There is not a separate program for adults and children; the adult will be responsible for the child during the weekend. Children who attend You and Me camp are much less apprehensive about going to Camp Caz on their own when they get to fourth grade.

At You and Me Camp, all the components of regular camp are included so that campers get a taste of what a full week camp will be like. We begin with dinner on Friday evening and end after breakfast on Sunday.

You may register and pay in full now, or register adult and child with just one $50 deposit to hold your spot and make payments.
